Review content:
While I imagine that it may be difficult to work here (and face constantly telling people that their clothes have been rejected -- no one likes to hear that), there's no excuse for the unfriendliness of the employees.
Additionally, I'm not convinced they really know what to look for beyond a select number of brands. This can be pretty limiting. For instance, I brought in a small bag filled with still-in-stock Urban Outfitters dresses (so ladies, if you're a medium there's some good stuff waiting for you should you want to comb through the mess that is this store) and I was surprised at how low the offer was (and even more so that some were refused). Of course, it's better than not recouping any money, but I will probably try my luck on ebay the next time I attempt a clothing purge.
Better training/acceptance policies, better staff attitudes, and a more organized, attractive store would be a vast improvement.
