I've done business at Romano's since I moved into the area in 2005. Rather than go to the Belleville DMV, I do all the vehicle-related-paperwork I can at this location whenever possible.
Being a License Service, they aren't usually swamped, so getting in and out in 15 minutes or less is common, unlike spending hours at the DMV. Even when they are busy, they get through customers rather quickly, so when I have had to wait, it hasn't been long.
Their employees are also polar opposites to the DMV, friendly and helpful, they always thoroughly explain questions I've had, and help me whenever it is in their power to do so.
If only they could also renew driver's licenses!
