I saw doctor patalano because he is BCBS provider. The place is quite unprofessional. I spent 3 hours waiting to see the doctor, he saw me for 15 minutes. I felt rushed. I was given a charge of 70 dollars because it was not an ordinary exam, and the office insisted that they don't deal with insurance, and I need to pay for it out of pocket. and I did. 2 weeks later, they billed the insurance $330, and asked me to pay another $70. I called the office, no one was helpful. Now I have to actually go to the office to talk to someone. I would never ever go to this office again. They are unprofessional. I really hope they made an honest mistake about the billing. but I won't be surprised if they are dishonest in their dealings with the insurance and patients. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME at this clinic.
