I did a LOT of research before I chose Peace Frog Carpet & Tile Cleaning. I wanted a company who was eco-friendly. From my initial call and bazillion questions until Matt left yesterday the service was impeccable. He was running late, I received a call, communicated my time parameters because of an appt. and it was communicated to Matt. He called ahead to let me know when he'd arrived and assured me that he'd be done. I asked about adding upholstery cleaning. Given my time, he was able to only fit in the couch.
