Don?t do it - Huge waste of my money. They promoted a ?$1,999.00 complete and total body? removal package but neglect to tell me that it only included 6 sessions even though the average person requires about 10 sessions to achieve an 85% reduction in hair growth. Be careful because they do not disclose this to you before you purchase. During the consultation it was determined that the color of my hair would respond very well to the treatments so I paid the hefty $2,000.00 for the package. During both my 1st and 2nd sessions I was promised unlimited sessions to achieve a 100% hair removal by the technician conducting my treatment. I was reassured many times and told that I should not worry about it. On my 6th session, with only a 50% reduction, I was told by the new technician conducting my treatment (the other had been let go) that if I wanted to continue with the hair removal process that I would have to spend hundreds of more dollars for each additional session I needed. After expressing my disappointment in the results and their promise of 95% reduction, the owner, Dr. Galizi allowed 1 addition session to be added to my package. As of today I am out my $2,000.00 and still have to shave at least 3 times a week. My recommendation: Don?t go to Bare Touch Laser in Hartsdale, NY unless you want to be very disappointed and waist a lot if your time and money.
