I had the power steering pulley come off on my minivan. We were on vacation from out of state and through AAA we were lucky enough to select Davis Automotive (AAA recommended them)
Everything from the great AAA service, to the timely tow, to the exceptional service made breaking down on vacation, in a town where we didn't know where to go for repair service, a non-event.
The pulley came off around 9:30 am. The tow truck had our mini-van at Davis by 11am. I was back on the road no later than 12:30! That included time for the needed parts to be delivered and the repairs to be made all while I was across the street having lunch.
I have already recommended Davis to our friend who lives in the area.
Art even called me to make sure the driving directions he had given me, to get back to I-88, had worked out...and of course they had.
