I finally got tired of manually opening my garage doors and did a search online. Cornell's came up and I called because of these reviews. Richard answered and was over later that day. I knew that I was in for a lot of work because the GDOs were both about to fall off the ceiling. I was expecting to be into this for up to $1000. Richard came over and did a thorough inspection. He basically rebuilt one for me and then gave me the choice: go buy one (he gave me the specs) or spend a little more and have him order one. Amazing. After he installed it, I had a couple of issues with the rebuilt one (not his fault - I opted for some low cost choices) and he came right out and got me working again. He even programmed my integrated car door openers for me. Richard is simply the best - look no furter. Richard, hello from Brightwood! :)
Pros: Fast, reasonably priced, funny and a good person.
