Martin has worked on my air conditioner twice. The last time he replaced the evaporator coil and entire outside unit. My unit was 12 years old. Martin explained every issue. He gave me the lowest, medium and highest cost option and explained the pros and cons of each. I opted for a medium unit. It has worked now for over a year without fail and cut my energy bill by 30%. His team is fast, installing basically an entire air conditioning system in half a day. He is ready at a phone call. I am not sure how he does it, but he is very cost competitive and his service is un-paralleled. If you live in Greatwood, you owe it to yourself to have this guy?s phone number. Update 7/24/2012. Air conditioner not cooling.
