Review content:
Poor communication skills. They want to do it all via the computer. This is why I say they lack everyday normal people. You still have to print it. Doesn't matter how you get it. I guess this could fall under lazy service. If they never get the email they make believe they are efficient. I believe other companies should not accept a phone call or fax from this company. Only accept emails then say you did not get it-- (Or better yet, make them go on to your website and have an inefficient form procedure). All forms of communication should be used - make them do it again. Information, no matter how received, helps service. Don't go on a witch hunt either. This is just my opinion.
