Did not get merchendise ordered at christmastime, they do not respond to emails or phone calls. there are numerous complaints all over the internet about them, but they are very clever, they have dozens of ind items listed on search engines so the first two or three pages are all links to their website and you do not see the BBB repoorts and all the custumer complaints about them. they purport themselves to be a little "" mom and pop"" type organization so people give them latitude when they claim to be disorganized . they purport to be mild mannered english teachers who link to all the shakesphere sites with various addresses and spellings and use a pretence of intergrity to sucker people into being de-frauded, they didnt have time in months to return my emails or phone calls but you bet the min i posted they were frauds on their facebook page it was gone in mins. i believe this is not a case of disorganization or poor business sense but a criminal operation. i believe their entire facebook page with academic links is just one of the ways they purpetuate this fraud. if you have EVER used them and have given them your credit card detailsyou should cancel it imed . threse are clever criminals, not bad businessmen
