Review content:
I had a horrible experience all THREE times I went. The first time I went with my mother to find a bridal gown, and the girl (who no longer works there obviously) was giving me all her dirty laundry problems with her boyfriend, etc, and God forbid someone ask her help for something, since she came back in the room with a, ""I hate that stupid b*tch"" comment, amid the other fowl words that slipped out of her mouth the 2 hours we were there. The second time I went was to get my bridesmaid's dress for my sister's wedding, after they had moved to their current location. I was in the middle of getting alterations in the back room, and one of the managers was talking trash about some bride out on the sales floor and what she wanted for her wedding. Not only that, but another bridesmaid said she heard the manager say to one of the tailors, ""You better speak English, I write your checks in English."" The last time, I returned to look for another wedding dress, and the woman argued over the price of the dress I was in love with. I told her that I found it at another store for much lower price, and she continued to argue with me over it. These people are so unprofessional and rude, maybe not to your face, but once they go behind that curtain, that goes right out the window...
