I am from this country, and DEFINITELY don't agree with ANY of Directech's philiosophy's or business practices. I actually worked there for 6 years in upper management and was there for it's inception, but c'mon. Are Unions really the answer? I bet the thousands of UAW members that are close to losing their jobs all together because the Union is killing the competitive ability of the automakers would be willing to work for a couple dollars per hour less and not be Union members. It would sure give them a better chance to compete with the other companies that are non-union, and you don't hear their employees THAT ARE FROM THIS COUNTRY complaining!!
