Review content:
Mascots looks like the fun spirit store from the outside but not quite so fun once inside. Employees are not very friendly and acted bothered when I asked questions...let alone for suggestions. Also, pricier than other local stores. I'd say we're paying for the flashy new storefront/rent because we're not paying for service, that's for sure. Why pay more for the exact same item? I'd think for the extra cost it would atleast come with a smile. Mascots may look flashier than some of the older businesses but I think I'll stick with The Barn.
Pros: Looks fun
Cons: Worst customer service, high prices
