This store has terrible service. I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter. They did not have her size in stock, but they would order and put the transfer I selected on it. They phoned me and they were out of the transfer I had selected. When I returned the call the person who answered the phone argued that I had never placed an order. After about 10 minutes she said she would call someone and then called me back to say she found my order (no apology). I selected another transfer and was assured it would be ready the next day to pick up (I confirmed the size and transfer). When I arrived, they could not find it. After about 10 minutes of searching they presented the sweatshirt and it was the wrong size!!! I requested a refund as I never want to do business with Mascots again. The people who work there are rude and they are very unorganized. I had to argue to get my money back - my advice....STAY AWAY! There are plenty of places in Pickerington who want your business and will treat you like a customer!
