I originally booked the Majestic Falls location of Hidden Lake Winery for my September 2009 wedding about a year out. I met with a coordinator that was very friendly, informative, and helpful. About 3 months before the wedding my fiance and I hadn't heard a word from the winery, not even for our payment, so I decided to schedule a follow up appointment. We met with Lori... the new coordinator... and she was awful. She didn't know anything about our contract, nor did she take the time to learn about it before our appointment. She was very passive aggressive with us throughout the entire process. Weeks before the wedding she wasn't returning calls or emails, I had to hire my friend to fill in as event coordinator in her absence. To top it off, every employee of Hidden Lake Winery knew of my wedding as ""the wedding with the thing""?! I'm not a difficult person to please, but I would never recommend their services to anyone. Which is a total shame because the location is beautiful.
