Broadway Management Group are one of the most unscrupulous property management groups in town - several others are reported to be bad, but BMG are truly the most notorious slumlords around. They pay no heed to their properties, often leaving them in disrepair, they have their employees write up false positive reviews on websites like this one in an attempt to boost their ratings, and they will nickel and dime their tenants whenever and however they can. Should you choose to rent one of their properties:
- Be sure that you give them 60 days notice when you decide to move out, and do it in writing. They will take your security deposit if you don
