I bought a engagement ring from Jacob Lane jewelers over a year ago, the service that I get every time I go back in to have it cleaned and checked is awesome! I can't tell enough people about them. If more businesses took care of the customer the way they do, they would be around for a long time. I brought the ring that I bought off of them back in the other day to have it cleaned. I also brought along four other rings that I didn't buy from them in to see what they were Worth and to have them cleaned. Not only did he clean them and tell me what they were worth but he did it without charging me for it! I can say they have a customer for life!
Pros: Goes above and beyond for the customer.
