I moved to this area back in Feb 08 and was happy to find a dry cleaners practically in my back yard. But after using them for a couple of months, I have become very unhappy with their work and have decided that I need to change dry cleaners. the first couple of orders left where done very good, but lately their services have gone down hill. I left a couple of pairs of dress slacks & shirts to be cleaned and pressed and I didn't notice anything about them unitl I got all the way to Ft Lauderdale and then noticed that one pair of the slacks had streaks of a white substance all over them. I later found that the substance was starch. Later that week I took the pants back and showed them the marks and they offered to clean them again. When I went back to pick them up the day they said they would be ready, they weren't and I was told sorry, come back Friday. So I went back in on Friday and the marks were still there and they said they wouldn't try again. I then went home and examined all of my slacks and all of them have the same undisolved (for lack of a better word) starch pressed into them. Some shirts too. Something told me I should have checked them out better to begin with. When you stand at the front counter, you can see one of the employees standing there with what looks like a regular iron and ironing board working on clothing, but no pressing machine can be seen. They send out dry cleaning and on more than one occasion, they couldn't take credit cards, cash or checks only.
