I have been using Starches since they opened a couple of years ago, and have recommended it to all my friends.! I have not had any of the problems that ""denverpat"" has had! In fact, I have peeked in back to say hi to some of the staff and I have seen the pressing machines. I bring my husbands uniform top and pants and my dry cleaning for work. They have even done pressed shirts for me in a couple of hours! My husband likes heavy starch in his pants and I know that is done through a wash cycle not spayed on, and they have always come out good. Before they opened I had tried several other cleaners in the area and they were absolutely horrible...double creases, nothing done ontime, come back in a week, and my clothes never looked clean /pressed. I feel bad that ""denverpat"" had that experience, but I truly believe that hers was an isolated incident! All I can say is try it for yourself and see!
