My fiance and I live overseas and were visiting family in KY. We went to Sheila Bayes to pick out our wedding jewelry. Aimee and Heather worked really hard to make sure a specific ring I wanted arrived in time for me to have it before I left Kentucky. They had to find an alternative way of getting the ring since it normally would have taken longer than we had, but made sure I was able to have what I wanted.
In addition, there was a small issue my fiance's ring, which we only discovered after our being back overseas. Aimee made dealing with the small problem a breeze and took care of it right away.
We definitely recommend going to Sheila Bayes and asking for Aimee, whether it is for wedding jewelry or otherwise. She will work hard to make sure that you are able to find and have what you are looking for.
