The woman who owns and runs this agency is a real pro. She cares about everyone she works with, clients and nannies. As a client, she will treat you with much care and attention. She deals with a small number of clients so she knows every one personally.
She puts her nannies through rigorous screening. Fingerprint, FBI background check, sheriff's card, each nanny even fills out a 25 page application that you can read to see how she would react in different situations.
You can hire a full time nanny, or just use the on-call sitter registry. If you go with Exclusive Noble Nanny you will not be disappointed. You will not be just another number or dollar sign, but a member of the family. The owner also cares very much about making the right match, she will not just parade nannies in front of you because they are available. She wants to make sure it is the right girl for the right family and vice versa. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
