Review content:
DO NOT buy from Lia. If you must purchase a Hyundai, and I absolutely love my 2011 Sonata, do so at another dealership. I made a HUGE mistake buying from Lia.
My new 2011 Sonata came with a defective Kuhmo tire that pulled so hard that if you took your hands off the wheel, it would leave the road. I told Lia and their response was that I had to contact Kuhmo. For about $50 at their cost, Lia could have simply replaced the tire and they would have had a loyal customer.
Kuhmo NEVER returned any of my calls. So, I went to Sears - an authorized Kuhmo dealer. In writing, they confirmed that the tire was ""cupped and had numerous flat spots."" Again and in writing, Sears claimed Kuhmo denied the request. Unbelievable!!! So, I then went to Garvey Hundai in Glens Falls and again in writing, confirmed that the tire was bad and should have been under warranty and HAD i bought it from them, they would have replaced the tire.
Since then, I have had two other repair shops put the same thing in writing. All to no avail. And despite numerous other calls to Lia, NOT a single call back from them.
So, my advice is to NOT deal with Lia!!! Go elsewhere, we hopefully you will get better customer service - which is non-existant at Lia.
They will never get another dime from me and furthermore, hopefully this one post will result in loss of possible sales from others down the road. So, Lia, was it really worth it??
