Review content:
Called and asked for a ballpark cost to hook up one drain and faucet and one drain only for a double vanity. I had already hooked up the faucet on one of the sinks. So, two drains, one sink. Was told ""$100 - $200 but don't quote me on that"". No biggie. I was pretty frustrated with the drain attempt. Plumber showed up the next day, barely looked at the job, and quoted me $330 per sink even though one was half done. So $660 total. I paid the mandatory $72.08 and sent him on his way. I spent $40 for better drains and hooked everything up in about a half an hour. The plumber told me he's sorry but he's just quoting from their cost book. I wonder why the person who I talked to on the phone could not have grabbed ""the book"" and given me a more accurate quote. I would have passed and saved the trip charge. I recommend anyone thinking of using them insist on getting a better quote over the phone if they know exactly what needs to be done as I did.
