I have gone there a lot and I use to like it a lot but recently the service have been less then satisfactory (to put it nicely) but just recently we went there and the food still good service still sucks; what really ticked me off this time was the fact that I got a dirty plate. My fianc? brought the plate up to the main counter complained about it he then said that he would call the manager. He never came back to say what was or wasn't done while we sat there waiting for an answer we some other guy come out to cheek the plates. He of course found some duty ones what discussed me the most was that some of them he just picked the food off of the plate and put it back! I couldn't believe it. On top of all that went we got sick of waiting my fianc? went up again to see what was going to be done and he said that he could not do anything. I think that, that is B.S because when ever I have had an issue with a place they have tried to make it better. They did nothing. I will never go there again and I use to go there almost every week as are day out.
