I needed my hot tub moved. For two weeks I conversed by phone and e mail to schedule the hot tub move. I sent photos of the tub and steps and area. A price was set. The movers showed up 2 i/2 hours early without any dollies, hand trucks ramps or enough men and left without moving the tub. They said they would be back but they didn't come back. The owner called me and more than doubled the price and even at that suggested I get someone else. Extremely unproffessional. Several of us had taken off the day to be here for the move. The tub was not wired and was only four steps up on a deck with a flat sidewalk to the truck area. I suggest everyone beware of these people.
Cons: they changed the price by hundreds of dollars and didn't do the job.
