I've used this Center for quite some time, but recently I've observed behaviors that I find troubling. I think the concept of an after hours child care center is great, but at a minimum it requires the management by individuals with experience working with children - not just someone that looks good at the front desk. The staff currently working at the Center are sorely inexperienced in classroom structure and organization and rely heavily on parents to control what goes on in the classroom. When the behavior at homes vastly differs from the behavior at any Center, the problem is most likely the Center! If you take your child to this Center, maintain strong daily communication with your children to understand what really goes on there each day. Don't depend on the staff to let you know!
