We have been patients for around 4 years. LOVE Dr. Depaulo but the clerical staff??? Nasty, uncaring and cold. You would think that working in a drs office and dealing with sick people you would have a little compasion but NOOO. First of all... someone needs to remind them that they are SECRETARIAL workers NOT DRS or NURSES. Having them talk to you and evaluate whether or not you should be seen is crazy and dangerous. They have no medical background and yet they are making medical decisions. I seriously think it is time for Sparta Medical to RESTAFF and think about how much control they are putting in the hands of the front desk workers.
