Dropped of my car on a Friday morning between 8-9am. They asked,""are you waiting on the vehicle,"" and I told them I was dropping it off. They called me later that morning and told me the items I needed to fix. They never told me a pickup time and never called back to tell me I was going to be without a vehicle for the weekend because they were closed on Sat and Sun. I called them back Monday morning and they informed us that the radiator had a leak, however, I never had any leaks or overheating issues with my radiator. They said it just ""broke off"" when they went to remove it after they noticed a hairline crack in the upper connector. On Tuesday, we were told the car would be ready at 5pm. We arrived at 5pm and waited until 6pm. Drove it home only to find another issue. Returned it on Wednesday and spoke to James (owner). James knows what he is doing but I don't know if everyone else working there does. We waited on the car from 9am Wednesday until close(6pm). Drove home only to have the battery light flicker on and off which means the battery is not charging from the alternator. I called Eurotech and they said to bring it back in (again). I went to swap out my alternator the next day (myself) after my car would not start and found out the cable/bolt running to the alternator was loose causing a spark/fire where the plastic bolt cover melted off. I tightened the bolt, charged the battery, and the car has ran fine ever since. I don't know if it was intentional or they just forgot to check everything going back together. I also found a dry rotted vacuum hose that they didn't find during their inspection that needed to be replaced. Took it in for an oil change and fix some leaks where I was expecting to pay $1300 and ended up paying $1400 more due to ""other"" problems. After all that, I was without a car for almost a week and they didn't even wash my car. If they would have communicated this to me, I would have rented a car. I would never recommend this place to someone else. Pros: Cheaper than the dealer! Cons: Communication
