Review content:
We have no confidence in this business. Our builder used them for the wood floors, tile, and carpeting in our house. The wood floors are the only no complaint item and are the reason for the ?one star?. Some areas of our tile floor are uneven enough to be difficult to slide a chair across.
Pros: Showroom exterior is impressive with plenty of parking.
Cons: Smell of smoke permiates the interior as well as the sound of loud voices raised on the phone.
