Review content:
We've been customers for 10 years and have seen ups and downs. There was a period when they couldn't take credit cards or serve alcohol. We stuck with them until now. Tonight we ordered a salad, pizza, and wine. After almost 15 minutes there was no salad. Had to get up and ask the waitress for it. After it came, the pizza arrived 2 minutes later. Crust was so soggy, it was not eatable. Got up to ask waitress to take it back, when a guy who was eating at one of the tables got up and said he was the owner. He looked at our pizza and said he'd re-heat it. He seemed annoyed. I told him we didn't want a re-heated pizza and he very begrudgingly agreed to make a fresh pizza. I asked him for a complementary glass of wine while we waited, and he became incensed. He said he was going to offer the wine, but since I asked for it, we couldn't have it. I recounted the problem with the salad and the pizza, and also remarked about his poor attitude. I told him that we expected good service, but weren't getting it. He told me that they were not servants. I told him we were leaving. He said good, you can go next door to Harry's Pizza, that they have good pizza there. That's what I intend to do in the future, never returning to Luna. This owner guy needs some anger management therapy. P.S. The writeup that says there's a piano at Luna's is wrong. There was in the beginning, but it's been gone for years.
