We've had endless compliments on our wedding/reception there, and it's almost all due to their great staff and beautiful location, all at a great price. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Our coordinator Bob was very experienced and made it all easy, reducing our stress immensely in the planning. The food was fantastic - we had the baron of beef and the chicken with pesto. The set up, take-down/clean-up, food, flowers on the table, most of the decorations, wedding coordinator, bartender and DJ were all included in the price, which for our 65 guests came out to only about $4,000! We were also able to get a chocolate fountain, which was very popular. A cute little gazebo outside was the place for our ceremony, but if weather doesn't cooperate, it's very easy to move that inside on short notice. Next to the Robins Nest facility is a pretty mountain lake, the city (or city lights) in the distance below, and often with deer by the lake. We've had copious compliments from probably a couple dozen guests who said it was one of the best wedding receptions they've been to in many years, and we really owe it to Crystal Rose. They even allowed us to sample many of their dishes ahead of time, for free, before choosing a menu. While not extravagant, it is lovely, classy, fun and a fantastic value. We have recommended it by word of mouth dozens of times in just a few months. Pros: Beautiful, great stress-free planning, superb food, great service, great location! Cons: Not a one!
