Review content:
I can't comment on the quality of the food because honestly I was afraid to eat it. Let me elaborate. At 7:00 p.m. I called the store and placed a delivery order. At 8:30 I still had no pizza. When I called, the girl told me they had no history of an order. She claimed I must have placed the order at another store. I know I didn't. Very matter of factly and without apology she said that there was no order and that it would be 30-45 minutes to get the pizza. Forty-five minutes later I still had no pizza. When I called this time, a different girl answered and again didn't have a history of the second order. Again without a hint of apology she claimed that they had lost info in the computers. At this point I admit hunger and their incompetence was making me ill. I insisted that the pizza be delivered free of charge. She agreed and again promised 30-45 minute delivery. At 10:00 p.m still no pizza. I call again and this time I'm told that the last order they have from me is from 1 month ago! Once again, without apology, she said it would be 45 minutes but went on to combatively add that I would be charged full price. Why would she add that at all if she didn't recollect the mistake? Don't they always charge for the pizza? If the manager didn't agree that a free pizza was warranted, shouldn't someone have called so I could have warmed up my T.V. dinner earlier? After haggling for ten minutes most of which was a dispute over my integrity (i.e., did I ever really call in the first place?), she very reluctantly and unapologetically agreed to send a pizza. Finally at 10:35, as my microwave alerted me that dinner was ready, the doorbell rang. The pizza had arrived. After all of this I tossed it because I was afraid of what the manager may have done to it after I questioned her and the other employees competency, disrespect and lack of courtesy. The Hungry Man dinner was probably better than the pizza anyway.
Pros: they answer the phone
Cons: pathetic service
