Review content:
I was discouraged from ordering my glass lenses online form my eye doctor, Dr. Archima Major of Drexel HIll, PA and from the manager of Lense Crafters at the Granite Run Mall. I told both of them that the prices for getting the lenses at Lensesrx is only $220 versus the $710 I was quoted at Lense Crafters for progressive transition lenses of my prescription. I was told that for progressive transition lenses of my prescription it is not likely that Lensesrx would be capable of filling this order correctly, rather just a standard low prescription for a person whose eye sight is not as poor as mine. Well, they are wrong, I saved almost $500, after applying a 25% off coupon code that Lensesrx emailed to me after I ordered my glasses but before I received them, they were willing to refund on my paypal account the 25% even though I had already placed my order, saving me an additional $45!!! Of an already unheard of low price of $270, bringing my order down to around $220. The glasses arrived within 21 days exactly from when I place my order, because they had to send them out for the progressive transition lenses to be installed, which is something a lot of eye glass stores have to do anyway. The glasses were made exactly as prescribed, beautifully, and they enclosed a nice and useful cloth for wiping the lenses without scratching them. Despite the skeptical comments of my eye doctor and the manager of Lense Crafters I am a very satisfied customer that would definitely order from Lensesrx again. I also called and spoke to a man about my order before submitting it, and his comments were knowledgeable, responsive and truthful. I was thrilled with the customer service. I went back to Lense Crafters to adjust the frames and to check that my prescription and the segment height were accurate -- which both were -- and had the pleasure of telling the manager how happy I was with the glasses I ordered from LensesRx, I'm just sorry I didn't order my fancy designer frames online too, I would have saved around $30 instead of purchasing them from Eye Innovations, where I had my eye examination. When you order online you have coupon codes to reduce the price lower than anything you can expect to pay buying in a retain eye glass store. Go Lenses.Rx, thanks for the wonderful service and more importantly for saving me almost $500!!! I will order from you again!!!
