I ordered 2 pair of glasses which they promise to deliver within 1 week for the type I ordered. 12 days later they still had not arrived. I used the online chat to see what was going on - 15 minutes later still no response. I called, they said they will ship ""tonight"" - amazing I called on the same day they were to be shipped. When I asked about this they said the glasses were on back order and that is why it was delayed. I asked why did they not let me know in an email or a call...it just got rude from there. When I asked for a manager they actually tried to cover for each other. I finally caught them in a lie and so I canceled the order. Typical New York attitude but without any customer service. I can deal with the attitude if they deliver what they promise but why go through the hassle of both?
