Review content:
I placed an order for a pair of glasses on Friday morning and added a note with the order. As I was leaving on a trip in 2 days I also called to make sure they had everything they needed to complete the order; I got voice mail even though it was was during business hours. A week later (when I was able to see my email again) I saw an email from them asking for 2 pieces of information - one was something they could easily get from the glasses I sent in, the other was what I had put in the message with the order and had called and left a message about.
