I?d like to take this opportunity to tell you how much I enjoyed working with the movers of American Van Lines, who facilitated my relocation to the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. The move entailed the packing and transport of my goods and the transport of my automobile from Los Angeles to Kansas City. Larry, Pat and Michael served as packing team for the move and did an exceptional job. I was very pleased regarding their level of expertise and customer service. Gustavo joined Larry and Michael for loading the following day which was accomplished with the same degree of professionalism. The entire team was met with a barrage of questions from me throughout the process of packing and loading, and each question was handled with courtesy, patience and true customer service. Larry and Gustavo handled the transport and delivery to my destination and it was expertly handled and delivered correctly making me extremely happy to have followed the recommendation I received to work with American Van Lines. Not one item was missing or damaged during any part of the process and each staff member deserves my thanks and congratulations on a job very well done!
