Hurricane Irene didn't matter to these people!! I had an event planned for the saturday (day before hurricane hit) before the hurricane was suppose to hit. I called A to Z party rentals on friday and asked them if I could reschedule the date. They said no because they had already delivered the tables and chairs on thursday and by rescheduling they would be missing out on a paying customer. They completely forgot that I was a paying customer!! Even though I've used them before they refused to credit me the money and only offered a 25% discount on my next event. Going forward I will not use this company nor will I recommend them to anyone.
