Review content:
After deciding that we did not want to wait 2 hours for a nearby restaurant, my husband and I stumbled upon Carolina's. We are SO glad we did! It is the best authentic Mexican food we have had in ages and it never disappoints! We have now become ""Carolina's regulars"" and every single time we go, we are greeted with a smile, service is so attentive and quick, and the food is fantastic. The quality of food and the prices are amazing. Our faves: the Queso Fundido with vegetables, fajitas, quesadillas, enchiladas, and of course their margaritas (the mango is great!). Their guacamole is fresh and amazing! Everything we have tried, we have loved. My concern is that the restaurant is never crowded (which is good for us but bad for their business). So tell your friends about Carolina's and GO! It needs to stay in business because it is the best around! :)
Pros: Excellent,authentic food; prices and service are fabulous!
Cons: No drawbacks!
