I had a terrible experience with Amrhein's. I recently ordered a bridesmaid dress and they sent it to me small. Since I don't live locally I was unable to come into the store for measurements. When I ordered it on the phone, the salesgirl asked me for my dress size, and that it would suffice. It wasn't until I received the dress that I was informed that their dresses may run 2 sizes small.
I also didn't receive the dress until the week of the wedding. It took four months to actually receive the dress. Since it was 5-7 inches too small I had to have it fixed and It cost me the original price of the dress to have it altered at my local seamstress at the last minute. Amrhein's will not take any responsibility. I don't know what is worse, the incompetent salesgirls answering the phones, or their customer service. I highly suggest shopping elsewhere.
