Review content:
Amrhein's Brides & Formals has the WORST service I have experienced. The workers are incompetent, failing to mention extra fees that I would have to pay. One lady told me that I had not paid for my dress, when I had paid for it months in advance. Then she said that it was not in the store, when in actuality it was. I spoke with the manager who had a nasty attitude and continued to talk over me during our conversation. I would NOT recommend purchasing your wedding dress or bridesmaid gowns from this shop. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!
