Review content:
We have purchased a bedroom set from Futonland on Queens Boulevard. The search was done initially through the internet. Maria, the sales person, was very accommodating from the time of ordering to receiving the set. Later on, when we discovered some problems with the bed head board, Zack the store manager continuously replied promptly to our calls and replaced the defective parts as quickly as possible, free of charge. Delivery and assembly was very quick, efficient and flexible regarding working hours. The staff working for the store was very helpful and devoted and met all our needs prior to the purchase and later on when we had issues with the product. Despite the problems with the product - the service we received was exceptionally professional, courteous and prompt., something I would expect from top of the line furniture stores. I would highly recommend the store knowing the support one will get and go back for future purchases. Keep doing a great job!
