I purchased the deal for a facial and massage by the NV Electrolysis Center. I scheduled both for the same day and not until I started my facial was I informed that the massage wasn't ""going to happen"" due to the therapist not being available.
I sat int he waiting room for 40 minutes before being seen. After I was on the table, prepared for my facial, the esthetician left three separate times to work on her own electrolysis patients while I was forced to wait. My 45-minute facial took 1 hour and 20 minutes due to her making me wait (that is on top of my 40 minute waiting room time).
