I just wanted to write you a note to say thank you so much for all of your time and effort in helping us figure out our main sewer line problems. As you know after two days of moving into our new home, one of our drains backed-up and we were told by three (3) other plumbers that we had a break in our main sewer line that consisted of 2o feet of cast iron pipe completely rotted out on the bottom. However, when I showed Mr Rooter/ Tingey Plumbing the video you did not think that was the case, and went the extra mile to prove that to me. After much videoing (with your amazingly clear color camera), jetting, auguring, time and effort, you were able to prove to me that our sewer line was actually fine and NOT broken at all -- in good condition at that. You saved me at least $7000.00. You have a customer for life.
