This could easily become my favorite restaurant in Dallas, but I'll have to go a few more times to gauge their consistency and see more of their work. This much is the truth: these people understand foie gras. It was the best I've ever had, which is saying something because I overindulge fairly regularly. The pork belly was not exactly to taste (could have used some searing), but was nonetheless very enjoyable. The beef was very flavorful, but maybe a little too salty. But the portions were large, and overall it was a good value. Dessert, which I think is a weak point at 5-star restaurants, was very, very good (it was some sort of creme brulee with carmel popcorn and ice cream). And there are lots of pleasant little extras along the way (good bread, candy, sorbet, pre-dessert etc.). Pros: great food and great service
