This is by far the worst cleaners I have ever been to. They ruined my comforter and I had a horrible time with them trying to resolve it. It was a $430 comforter and they only offered to give me $300 and I have to cover the rest. And he argued with me telling me that I may have brought it in like that and they may not have ruined it. Now why would I do that???? It was the worst customer service I have experienced and I am so upset that my comforter is ruined and I know have to pay $130 to get a new one. I will be taking further action against this company and the owner. His name is LEE.
Pros: NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THEM!
Cons: Horrible customer service and they ruined my comforter!
