For a Port Arthur gal who loves to cook AND especially to eat great southern cooking, B & W is a blessing right in my neighborhood! Okay, before moving to Shepherd Pk plaza I used to have to drive to Pt Arthur to buy my boudain because it's rare to find good boudain and andoullie sausage in Houston. Then i discovered this treasure of a meat market! Shrimp boudain, crawfish boudain, boudain b*lls, smoked boudain...you name it. They also have the best thickest pork chops stuffed or not and can cut your chicken up gumbo style shah! The place gets crowded on the weekend so just take a number and wait...it's well worth it!
Pros: Beef, Chops, Service, Best boudain in Houston
Cons: none shah!
