Anyone else recall the small town Mercantile/Hardware store? Looking for or need to replace the most obscure bolt or fastener, vintage furniture hardware, cleaning product your Grandmother used, or a kid tough item from Radio Flyer, you may only find it here. You will certainly find items available at home imp. stores, but if you need information on how to use, install, custom fit or otherwise without hiring a professional for your small job; there's a staff member who can actually HELP you. Although on occasion the staff are assisting many and may be brief, if you require more information and are patient, my experience is that you will get the most informative service in each department that is available anywhere in a metropolitan area. I've NEVER been ignored, condesended to, or feared the associate might drool before coming up with not particulary assuring information as I find is more common than acceptable. The Maple Ave. location has the most expansive selection in my opinion. The BEST fresh, flavored bulk whole bean coffee any where!
Pros: Unique problem, obscure piece of hardware? Come here 1st
Cons: Slightly higher prices-worth it for the knowledgable service
