Service Dept is HORRIBLE! I took my 4 runner to get new rear brake pads. They should have changed the pads and resurface the brake rotors but they just changed the brake pads. Needless to say my brakes still Squeaked. I called Ben at the service dept back and he said that it normal, WRONG!! They should not squeak still. I had another mechanic look at them and he said they did not resurface the rotors and that is why they still squeaked. I took my car back in to have them do this and they tried to tell me this was done and there was some spring that needed to be replaced that was causing the problem. Well after i went out of my way to take my car back up there to have them fix their mistake, it was still not fixed! The brakes still squeak! I am not sure if they hire idiots to work there or just SHADY people who overcharge you for a shitty job. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!
