We had contracted with Premier Pools & Landescape for $83,000.00 in Lewisville, Texas after listening to the sales presentation and a referral from a family in Flower Mound. What a mistake!! Not only did the project take four (4) months to start swimming but the workmanship was terrible and NOT supervised by anyone who cared! When we questioned our concerns with the owners we were told that the work was acceptable to Premier. After many conversations and another 3 months they finally made an attempt to address some things on our pool. However, we still have a pool that will never be correct and are dissapointed to say the least.
Pros: Great Sales Job, larger deck size than other builders
Cons: Poor workmanship, Poor Management and terrible service after sale
