Went here to grab a bite with my husband and was blown away by the delicious flavors! We went during lunch and were greeted by a lovely, cheerful lady - I think she is the owner. Before us was an appetizing array of dishes at the buffet. I am a vegetarian and was so pleased to see so many veggie options! Cabbage, lentils, eggplants, peas, collard greens - all so tasty! I had 2 plates which is more than I usually eat because 1 plate of this amazing food was simply not enough! This place is a gem and Pflugerville is is lucky to have such authentic ethnic food! I'll be asking my hubbie to meet me there for lunch again soon!
